• Consultation on event design, layout, budget, timeline, vendors, and logistics

• Creating your event map layout

• Full coordination and execution of day-of event logistics, from set up to strike

• Full coordination of exhibitors, pre-event and day-of onsite coordination, and event survey follow up with all exhibitors (includes requesting and collection of Certificates of Insurance, and ABC Permits)

• Design and content management consultation for your event website/page, including full email support for questions from attendees and exhibitors

• Design, content creation, and build of your event website using Wix or Squarespace

• Full Front of House services (ticket taking + wrist banding + entry organization + security/parking coordination + event swag/cutlery/glasses distribution + Check In management for volunteers/media/exhibitors)

• Ticketing Management (setting up and maintaining your TM system pre-event and ticket scanning day-of)
