What is your up light and dance floor light set up?

With our package, you have the option to receive a complimentary professional dance floor DJ light. We offer the Revo 4 light, as demonstrated HERE. This party light adds vibrant colors and dynamic movement to enhance the atmosphere of the dance floor.

You also have the option for professional up lighting. Your package includes (8) up-lights. We will work directly with your planner for choosing the best placement for each up light. You have the option to choose between many colors. A warm amber glow is our most popular choice.

If you'd like more than (8) up-lights, we offer up to (4) more up-lights for rent at $25/per.

What sound system and microphone setup do you provide?

Your package includes (3) full professional PA systems for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, plus high-quality subwoofers for the dance party. (All PA systems are set up in advance at each location for smooth, quick transitions.)

Our top-tier PA systems deliver clear, even sound across rooms of all sizes, accommodating up to 300 guests. We provide and set up microphones or lapel mics for your vows and speeches, and work directly with your officiant to ensure optimal sound quality for the ceremony.

If your ceremony or cocktail hour location do NOT have a power source, no need to worry! We have a completely quiet battery system that can power both the ceremony and cocktail hour locations, if necessary, at NO additional cost.

Absolutely and we make it so easy to do with your personalized Music Plan Questionnaire. You also have a dedicated entertainment coordinator guiding you throughout the entire process.

How many hours are included in your packages?

Each package covers 6.5 hours from the start of the ceremony to the last song. Setup and takedown time are fully handled by our team and are not counted toward the 6.5 hours. If you need additional time, let us know, and we'll provide a custom package to tailor fit your needs.
