WEDDING COORDINATION

 Our Month-Of Wedding Coordination package is designed for the couple that has planned and designed their day but are looking for a coordinator to step in the month before to ensure their planning and vision are professionally executed. We're here to guide you through and carry out a beautiful and worry-free day. 

Month-Of Coordination Services Include...

  • Initial phone or in-person consultation + vendor and rental order referrals

  • Unlimited phone and email communication during business hours

  • One on-site walk-through or in-person meeting one month before your wedding date to review vendor contracts, establish the event flow, timeline, layout, and logistics

  • Finalization of logistics (order confirmations, vendor load in and load out, and timeline, contact list and layout distribution) directly with your vendors

  • Personalized Online Planning Form: List your song selections (ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, etc.), reception must-play/do not play lists. Works great for coordinating music with your DJ/band!

  • We're nerds for organization. Let us help make all the details easier for you to track! We can provide easy-to-use spreadsheet templates to help you build and maintain your timeline, budget, guest list, RSVP's, guest table numbers and assignments, vendor contact list, meal selections, and your photographer/videographer shot list, as well as a shared calendar to keep appointments and meetings on schedule

  • 1 hour wedding rehearsal coordination

  • Full day-of onsite management and coordination, including the direction of the ceremony, bridal party, musicians/DJ, emcee, and officiant

  • Greeting vendors upon arrival and providing on-site confirmation of rental deliveries.  Ensuring set up is complete according to all vendor contracts and the planned layout

  • Ensuring guest (and table numbers), DJ, and dessert tables and chairs are placed and set up as planned

  • Ensuring ceremony, cocktail, dinner, and reception sites are placed and set up as planned

  • Collecting in advance and setting up day-of decor and wedding pieces (programs, seating cards, favors, toasting flutes, serving pieces, table numbers, guest book, etc.)

  • Working closely with your live band and/or DJ to ensure music and emcee announcements are cue'd when necessary and stay on schedule

  • Collecting in advance and distributing final vendor payments and gratuities

  • Full use of The Wedding Emergency Kit (sewing kit, Band-Aids, tissues, female products, hairspray, stain remover, safety pins, deodorant, snacks, and lint roller)

  • Coordinating your grand exit

  • Assisting with loading in gifts and wedding items into vehicle of family or friend assigned the duty in advance

  • Oversee the breakdown and vendor cleanup of the venue

  • Up to 15 hours of service on day-of

  • Wedding Coordinator lead + one assistant
